No negative marking. Questions are re-drawn from the 26,000+ question bank on every attempt and spread across the content categories of the AAMC's published MCAT content outline, so you can take the mock as many times as you like.
How it compares with the real exam. Same question counts per section and the same total testing time (6 h 15 min), per the AAMC. The real exam is about 7.5 hours seated because it adds optional breaks and check-in; this mock has no scheduled breaks and runs one clock for the whole test instead of a timer per section. On test day about three quarters of each science section is passage-based (10 passage sets plus 15 stand-alone questions); here the science questions are mostly stand-alone. For passage-based science practice, use Section Practice. Scores are practice results, not official MCAT scores.
